Q: I have a parcel, can you give me a price for delivery from a to b, how much will it be ?

A: Our price is fixed rate, per parcel. Price per parcel (paying with Google Checkout) is £10.97 for 48 hour, £11.99 for 24 Hour and £15.99 for Offshore. Please don't email us asking for a quote. Paying by the other payment methods is 50p extra.

A: The courier will try again the next working day. If this again fails, it will be held at the local depot, it can then be collected from here or a re-delivery can be arranged at this point either to the same address or to a different address within the same postcode location. If this isn't done within 2 weeks, the parcel will be returned to sender.

We cannot give refunds for failed collections when the driver turns up.

Q: Can you give me a price to send a parcel to France/Belgium/Spain/Australia etc?
